Housing in Cimarron Hills compared to St. Louis

Longtime lurker here, The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I overthinking this? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

I work in hospitality here and I love the pace of life here. The job market for my field is average. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Used to live on the Downtown side, now on the Sunset side. Completely different vibe. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
