Hey folks, We're a young couple and Homes are going for about $215,300 on average. Rent is about $953/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $51,707 in Cincinnati. With a population of 310K, Cincinnati is a mid-size city. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What do you all think? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much.
