Curious what people think. The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. Average temperature is around 57°F, so the weather is moderate. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think? The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development.
