Rent prices in Cincinnati getting crazy

Anyone else noticing rent going up fast in Cincinnati? Over the last year, I feel like prices went up at least 10-15%. I'm paying $953 for a 2BR/2BA which feels okay for the area.

Are there any neighborhoods that are still affordable? Thinking about moving to a cheaper area.

Public transit needs work but they're investing in it. Should improve in next few years.

Don't sleep on University District. It's up and coming and still affordable.

The job market has been improving lately. Several education companies moved in recently.

Check out the Oakwood area. Way more affordable and still close to everything.
