Commute times in Circleville -how bad?
Longtime lurker here, I work in manufacturing and It's a a small town city with about 14,144 people. Poverty rate is 18.0%, which is higher than I expected. Homes are going for about $182,400 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Does this match your experience? Appreciate any input. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
