Co-working spaces in Citrus?

So, Median household income is $101,179, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 10,813, Citrus is a small town. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. Anyone in a similar situation?

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a data analyst who relocated here from Salt Lake City about 1 years ago. The main reasons were a fresh start and a fresh start.

Pros I've experienced:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Good internet infrastructure

Cons that are real:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Homeless population growing downtown

Financially, we've found it pretty good compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are manageable, gas is tough.

Socially, it's been a really good experience overall. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it exceeded my expectations.

I've lived in Westside for about 12 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Seattle, I was surprised by food scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Four distinct seasons
- Affordable housing options
- The healthcare scene is pretty good

The downsides:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for couples. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a physical therapist who relocated here from Baltimore about 1 years ago. The main reasons were school and school.

Pros I've experienced:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Close to major attractions
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Limited shopping options

Financially, we've found it excellent compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are manageable, gas is better than expected.

Socially, the quality of life is solid. Hope this helps!.

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is outdoor recreation. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..
