Best industries in Citrus Heights right now

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2017. The unemployment rate is 4.4%, which is about average. Rent is about $1,764/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 5.9%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $432,100, which is pretty steep. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What are your go-to spots? The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
