Best neighborhoods in Citrus Heights

Crime rate is something to consider -Citrus Heights sits at 353.7 per 100K. Rent is about $1,764/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is housing market. Other than that, No regrets on my end..
