You can expect to pay around $1,764 for rent here. Rent is about $1,764/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Anyone in a similar situation? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
