Citrus Heights housing prices -when will it stop?

So, I'm a 27-year-old electrician and Average temperature is around 61--F, so the weather is moderate. Median household income is $77,167, which feels about average for the area. The median home value here is around $432,100, which is pretty steep. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Pros:
- Great weather
- Easy commute
- Good healthcare facilities
- Walkable downtown
- Good internet infrastructure

Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- High property taxes
- Mosquitoes and humidity
- Limited cultural events
Would love some local perspective. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Came here for weather and stayed because I'm still on the fence after all this time. The food scene is honestly surprisingly good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
