Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I love the pace of life here. Compared to Portland it's challenging.

I've been living here for 6 years and I'd say it's not perfect but it works for me. The traffic is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want dating scene, then yeah this place is great. But if walkability matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
