Planning a move to Citrus Heights -neighborhoods?

Alright, Born and raised here. Rent is about $1,764/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $432,100 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think? The suburbs are where most families end up.

We moved here with our family and the quality of life is solid. Schools in North area are excellent. Kids love it here.

Used to live on the Cedar Grove side, now on the Oak Park side. Completely different vibe. it's not perfect but it works for me.
