Job hunting in Citrus Hills -tips?

Been living here since 2006. Poverty rate is 6.3%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 9,044 people. You can expect to pay around $1,486 for rent here. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I genuinely enjoy living here.
