Been living here since 2006. Poverty rate is 6.3%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 9,044 people. You can expect to pay around $1,486 for rent here. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
