Alright, I work in marketing and Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. Homes are going for about $342,400 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
