Is Citrus Park worth it salary-wise?

Hey folks, Been living here since 2007. Median household income is $84,220, which feels pretty solid for the area. Household incomes average around $84,220 in Citrus Park. Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. Homes are going for about $342,400 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Anyone in a similar situation? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

I've lived in Midtown for about 6 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Phoenix, I was surprised by weather. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Affordable housing options
- The cultural scene scene is decent

The downsides:
- Dating scene is rough
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for retirees. No regrets on my end..
