Is Citrus Park worth moving to in 2026?
Hey everyone, With a population of 28,163, Citrus Park is a smaller city. Am I wrong here? Cheers.

Public transit is average here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I love the pace of life here.

As someone who grew up here, the quality of life is solid. A lot has changed in the past few years though. outdoor recreation used to be much affordable but now it's solid.

I've lived in Uptown for about 6 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from San Francisco, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- The outdoor recreation scene is better than expected
The downsides:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Dating scene is rough
Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for young professionals. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
