Best and worst neighborhoods in Citrus Springs

I'm a remote worker and It's a a small town city with about 11,469 people. Median household income is $57,477, which feels about average for the area. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Is this normal for Citrus Springs? Cheers. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem improving.

I've been here 11 years and it's exactly what I was looking for. The thing nobody mentions is housing market. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the weather is legit. And if you're into photography, this place is average.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Fairview side vs the Cedar Grove side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..
