Quick question about Citrus Springs

First post here. My family moved here when I was a kid. Average temperature is around 70--F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $1,217/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 11,469 people. Poverty rate is 9.3%, which is pretty low. With a population of 11,469, Citrus Springs is a small town. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. Worth the trade-offs? The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Weather-wise, the summers are decent and winters are wild. You get used to it after the first year.
