Claremont quality of life -am I missing something?
Hi all, Just moved here 16 months ago and You can expect to pay around $2,125 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Claremont sits at 139.0 per 100K. Rent is about $2,125/month for a decent place. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
