OK so Born and raised here. The median home value here is around $171,900, which is actually reasonable. Rent is about $1,077/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What do you all think? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
