What I wish I knew before living in Clarksburg
Anyone else feel this way? Homes are going for about $646,200 on average. Poverty rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Worth the trade-offs? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
