Not sure if this has been asked before, but I work in education and Homes are going for about $114,600 on average. Household incomes average around $46,859 in Clarksburg. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What do you all think? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
