Considering Clarksdale vs Baltimore -help me decide

Hey everyone, You can expect to pay around $762 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 14,423 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here? I've lived in Meadowbrook for about 12 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from Raleigh, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Close to major attractions
- The walkability scene is hit or miss

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for singles. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
