Studio apartments in Clarksville -options?

Anyone else feel this way? My partner and I are Rent is about $1,031/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thoughts? Thanks for reading. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development.

My experience has been mostly positive. I love the pace of life here. The only thing I'd watch out for is nightlife. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Portland it's tough.

Weather-wise, the summers are excellent and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.
