Anyone else noticing rent going up fast in Clarksville? Over the last year, I feel like prices went up at least 10-15%. I'm paying $1215 for a 2BR which feels okay for the area.
Are there any neighborhoods that are still affordable? Thinking about moving to a cheaper area.

Check out the Downtown area. Way more affordable and still close to everything.

Coming from Atlanta, the cost of living difference is noticeable. Groceries and gas are slightly more expensive but housing makes up for it.
