Working remotely from Clarksville — my experience
I've been working remotely from Clarksville for 1 years now. Here's my take:
The pace of life here is perfect for remote work. No crazy commute stress, affordable living, and enough amenities to not feel isolated.
Cost of living: pretty reasonable
Internet: Decent, getting better with new providers
Coworking spaces: A few good ones downtown
If you're looking for a place to WFH, Clarksville is a solid choice.

Great post! One thing I'd mention is the west side tends to be more affordable. Makes a big difference.

Can confirm the safety issue. But it really depends on the neighborhood. Lakewood and Lakewood are perfectly safe.

I'd add that the school system has been improving steadily. Otherwise spot on!

Respectfully disagree about the safety concerns. In my experience, it's been pretty safe in my area.

Public transit needs work but they're investing in it. Should improve in next few years.

Weather is the biggest factor for us. Four seasons are nice, not too extreme either way.

If you can afford it, Pine Grove is the best place to live. Period.

For families, I'd recommend looking at Midtown. Schools are rated well and it's quiet.

Great post! One thing I'd mention is drive around neighborhoods at different times before committing. Makes a big difference.
