Is Clarksville getting better or worse?

Longtime lurker here, I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $208,200 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

My experience has been mostly positive. it was the best decision I ever made. The only thing I'd watch out for is housing market. Other than that, Hope this helps!.

Came here for my partner's job and stayed because I love the pace of life here. The housing market is honestly challenging and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
