Is Claryville walkable?

Alright, Poverty rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Moved here from Denver about 9 years ago. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Still getting used to pet-friendliness but Feel free to reach out with questions..
