Alright, My family moved here when I was a kid. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $198,400 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
