Starting a business in Claypool Hill?

I'm originally from Miami and Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $169,200 on average. With a population of 1,332, Claypool Hill is a small town. The median home value here is around $169,200, which is actually reasonable. You can expect to pay around $835 for rent here. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Has anyone dealt with this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
