Internet providers in Clayton?

Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Bought a house here in 2017 and it's exactly what I was looking for. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want traffic, then yeah this place is great. But if outdoor recreation matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
