Working in Clayton -salaries realistic?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but The median home value here is around $1,017,300, which is pretty steep. The unemployment rate is 4.4%, which is about average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Internet is pretty good in most areas.

The food scene here is surprisingly good. Tons of great craft beer places. I genuinely enjoy living here.
