Curious what people think. My family moved here when I was a kid. It's a a small town city with about 2,420 people. With a population of 2,420, Clayton is a small town. Homes are going for about $228,100 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
