How much do you pay for rent in Clayton?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $292,400 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development.

I work in legal here and it was the best decision I ever made. The job market for my field is decent. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
