Is public transit usable in Clayton?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Just moved here 10 months ago and Rent is about $1,542/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 28,043 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.

I've been here 8 years and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The thing nobody mentions is walkability. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the pet-friendliness is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is underrated.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The East side vs the Sunset side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Definitely worth checking out..

We moved here with our family and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Schools in South area are pretty good. Kids love it here.
