Longtime lurker here, My family moved here when I was a kid. It's a a smaller city city with about 28,043 people. The median home value here is around $292,400, which seems about average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What do you all think? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
