Raising a family in Clayton -thoughts?

Random thought, I'm originally from Salt Lake City and Poverty rate is 6.5%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

I've been living here for 12 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The cost of living is improving compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
