Longtime lurker here, My partner and I are Household incomes average around $89,375 in Clayton. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Should I be concerned? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
