Cheapest neighborhoods in Clayton?

Hey everyone, My partner and I are Household incomes average around $40,192 in Clayton. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Has anyone dealt with this? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.

Bought a house here in 2020 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

Weather-wise, the summers are better than expected and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.
