Best companies to work for in Clayton?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm retired and Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. The median home value here is around $189,100, which is actually reasonable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Hot take but the quality of life is solid. I know a lot of people disagree but after 1 years here, that's my honest assessment.
