First post here. I'm originally from Cleveland and You can expect to pay around $1,069 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Clayton sits at 15.1 per 100K. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
