Cheapest neighborhoods in Clearfield?

First post here. I work in insurance and Poverty rate is 10.9%, which is around average. Homes are going for about $342,000 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Clearfield sits at 173.8 per 100K. Household incomes average around $75,429 in Clearfield. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Thoughts? The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. We moved here with our family and I love the pace of life here. Schools in Cedar Grove area are excellent. Kids love it here.

Hot take but the quality of life is solid. I know a lot of people disagree but after 2 years here, that's my honest assessment.
