My partner and I are Rent is about $1,459/month for a decent place. With a population of 32,895, Clearfield is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $342,000 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
