Been meaning to ask this. Homes are going for about $342,000 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Any advice would be great. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. My experience has been mostly positive. it was the best decision I ever made. The only thing I'd watch out for is housing market. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is school system. I genuinely enjoy living here. Worth doing your research before committing.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want healthcare, then yeah this place is great. But if job market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

We moved here with our family and I have mixed feelings honestly. Schools in Sunset area are solid. Kids love it here.
