Not sure if this has been asked before, but Just moved here 9 months ago and Homes are going for about $326,100 on average. Household incomes average around $64,440 in Clearwater. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What neighborhoods would you suggest? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
