Alright, I've been here for 9 years and Poverty rate is 9.2%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,539/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Worth the trade-offs? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
