Not sure if this has been asked before, but I grew up here but left for a while. Household incomes average around $72,266 in Clearwater. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. Moved here from New York about 9 years ago. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Still getting used to safety but Definitely worth checking out..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want public transit, then yeah this place is great. But if community vibe matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
