Best neighborhoods in Cleburne

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $200,900 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Would love some local perspective. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a sales manager who relocated here from Minneapolis about 11 years ago. The main reasons were quality of life and my partner's job.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Four distinct seasons
- Close to major attractions

Cons that are real:
- Winters are long and cold
- Limited entertainment options

Financially, we've found it excellent compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are growing, gas is solid.

Socially, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Definitely worth checking out..
