Planning a move to Cleburne -neighborhoods?
I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Household incomes average around $66,324 in Cleburne. It's a a smaller city city with about 32,966 people. Rent is about $1,283/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $200,900 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. Is this normal for Cleburne? Any help is appreciated. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
