So, We have two kids and Rent is about $972/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. Median household income is $49,713, which feels on the lower side for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. Thanks! People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
